CRM and Email Marketing Manager

Enjoy Travel and FHR are looking for a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to own our email and lifecycle marketing across both brands — driving customer engagement, revenue and loyalty through smarter, more personalised communications.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in Klaviyo, thinks in segments and flows, and is just as comfortable analysing a performance report as they are briefing a campaign with a commercial partner.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and executing CRM and email marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle, promotions and editorial content
  • Planning and delivering regular campaigns — offers, newsletters, travel content and partner promotions
  • Building, managing and optimising automated customer journeys and lifecycle flows in Klaviyo
  • Developing segmentation and targeting strategies so customers get relevant, personalised communications
  • Managing customer data and database health, with a focus on deliverability and engagement
  • Analysing campaign and flow performance against key KPIs, and spotting opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and revenue
  • Testing send frequency, timing, content and CTAs to keep improving performance
  • Working closely with internal teams and commercial partners to turn products, promotions and travel content into effective CRM campaigns
  • Supporting the migration and consolidation of the Enjoy Travel and FHR Klaviyo accounts
  • Using customer and campaign data to inform CRM strategy in line with wider commercial goals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • A data-driven mindset — comfortable turning performance data into a testing and optimisation roadmap
  • Commercial instinct: you think beyond open rates to what's actually moving revenue
  • Great collaboration skills — you'll work closely with commercial partners and internal teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Must currently reside in the UK and hold the right to work here — we're not able to consider applicants based overseas or requiring visa sponsorship for this role

To apply:

Send your CV along with a short cover letter that answers this:

"We're running a promotion — up to 20% off. Every travel brand's inbox is shouting the same discount. Write the subject line and preview text you'd use to make ours the one that gets opened, and tell us in a sentence why you went that way."

We're less interested in a "correct" answer and more in seeing how you think about cutting through inbox noise and selling an offer, not just announcing it.
