You will work alongside established architecture and digital delivery teams, assessing the existing Dynamics CRM landscape against defined architecture principles, policies, standards and best practice.

You will review current and target architectures, integration patterns, supplier proposals and supporting documentation, producing clear findings and recommendations for governance and future delivery.

  • Extensive experience architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Strong Microsoft Azure architecture experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing omnichannel customer support / customer relationship management solutions.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience of MACH architecture principles.

  • Experience evaluating and comparing technical solutions from multiple suppliers.
  • Experience working within formal architecture governance frameworks, such as Technical Design Authorities.
  • Strong experience producing Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
  • Experience defining as-is, to-be and transition architectures.
  • Strong architecture documentation and diagramming skills, including system context, integration and data-flow views.
  • Experience developing CRM domain strategy and architecture across both B2C and B2B environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate architectural findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
