🚀 CRM Executive – High-Growth D2C Lifestyle Brand

Location: London (Hybrid - 3/4 days in office)
Package: £35,000.00 + EMI Equity Share Scheme

About the Opportunity

A rapidly scaling, B Corp certified direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand is looking for a driven CRM Executive to grow revenue, retention, and loyalty across their owned audience. Operating out of a vibrant London office, this business combines premium product design with a strong purpose-driven ethos.

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will lead the email and CRM programme, turning one-time buyers into repeat customers through a data-led lifecycle of campaigns and automated flows. Blending commercial focus with creative flair, you’ll own database segmentation, lifecycle automations, deliverability, and campaign briefing alongside an in-house design team. If you thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact scale-up environment, this is your opportunity to drive retention strategy while holding an equity stake in the business.

Why Join?

  • Lead the email/CRM calendar and build lifecycle flows from scratch across welcome, nurture, post-purchase, and win-back sequences.
  • Combine performance data analysis with creative input, briefing designers, crafting on-brand copy, and executing light-touch edits.
  • Join a certified B Corp that prioritises people and planet, offering EMI share options so you directly share in the financial growth as the brand scales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
