Your new company
Are you a commercially minded CRM or email marketing professional who enjoys combining campaign delivery with data-driven optimisation? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of customer communications across several eCommerce websites and brands, delivering targeted campaigns and automated journeys that increase engagement, retention, and revenue.
You will join a multi-brand eCommerce environment where CRM, email marketing, and commercial insight play an important role in driving online performance. Working as part of the eCommerce team, you will collaborate closely with marketing colleagues to support trading priorities, product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activity. You will also work with an external affiliate marketing partner to help generate commercially valuable traffic and sales.
Your new role
As CRM Marketing Executive, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and optimisation of customer communications across several eCommerce websites.
You will manage the email marketing calendar and plan, build, test, and schedule broadcast campaigns. You will also manage and improve automated customer journeys covering the customer life cycle, including welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, and promotional communications. Through effective audience segmentation and ongoing analysis, you will ensure campaigns are relevant, timely, and commercially focused.
A key part of the role will be monitoring CRM performance across revenue, conversion rate, click-through rate, open rate, unsubscribe rate, and customer engagement. You will test subject lines, creative, offers, content, segmentation, and send times, using the results to recommend future improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
