Gordon Ramsay Restaurants is the restaurant business of internationally renowned, multi-Michelin starred chef Gordon Ramsay. Gordon Ramsay Restaurants operate a string of successful restaurants and dining destinations globally from Michelin stars to relaxed all day dining, from the UK and France to Dubai, Singapore and the United States.

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and fast-paced Marketing Team as a CRM Executive at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global.

The CRM Executive will support the delivery of the global CRM campaign programme, playing a key role in bringing campaigns to life across multiple markets. This role will focus on executing high-quality email communications, enhancing the guest journey through targeted and automated campaigns, and supporting the growth of first-party data.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build, test and deploy accurate, on-brand email campaigns; write engaging copy and manage tight delivery schedules with marketing stakeholders
  • Analyse campaign reporting to optimize performance, build automated email journeys, and drive first-party data capture
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Dotdigital, Iterable) and comfortable working with performance data and continuous system learning
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with high standards for campaign accuracy, brand alignment, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first, proactive, solution-focused, and highly collaborative with strong communication and creative problem-solving skills

About you:

  • Minimum 1 year CRM / digital marketing experience
  • Previous Hospitality / Retail / Travel experience advantageous
  • Experience working across multiple markets desirable
