Our Client
Our client is a well-established, high-profile fashion retailer with a strong presence across the UK and a growing digital customer base. They are now looking for an ambitious CRM Loyalty Executive to join their fast-paced digital team and play a key role in the continued growth and development of their customer loyalty programme. With customer loyalty at the heart of its digital strategy, this is an exciting opportunity to help create more personalised and engaging customer experiences.
About the Role
- Own the end-to-end delivery of loyalty campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Develop and optimise customer lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, benefit reminders, and reward communications.
- Use customer data, segmentation, and performance insights to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Develop new testing opportunities, including A/B and multivariate testing, to continually improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with CRM, E-commerce, Marketing, Creative, App, and Retail teams to deliver wider loyalty initiatives and strategic projects.

About the Person

- 2+ years’ experience in CRM or digital marketing, ideally within loyalty, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, with a strong understanding of data, segmentation, and campaign performance.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for testing and optimisation.
- Confident working collaboratively across tea
