Our Role

We’re looking for a talented CRM Executive (BAU) to join our marketing team, within the CRM function.

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of our Email, App Push and SMS campaigns, helping to bring our BAU strategy to life across UK and international territories. Working closely with the CRM Manager (BAU), you’ll support planning and delivery of the BAU campaign calendar, brief Creative and Editorial teams, and work directly with our ESP agency to ensure every email is built and delivered to a high standard.

Acting as the bridge between trade priorities, creative execution and our external ESP partner, you’ll coordinate approvals, manage workflows and support the continuous improvement of our CRM output, always keeping the customer front of mind.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the CRM Manager (BAU) in planning and maintaining the BAU campaign calendar across Email, Push and SMS.
  • Support the CRM Manager (BAU) with broader seasonal planning, helping shape seasonal CRM priorities, contributing ideas, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Create clear campaign briefs for Creative, Editorial and the ESP agency with defined objectives, audiences and requirements.
  • Brief the ESP agency on campaign build, including layout, personalisation, segmentation, testing and send settings.
  • Coordinate the creative and approval process, collating feedback and keeping campaigns aligned to trading and brand priorities.
  • Liaise regularly with Trade and Buying & Merchandising to ensure the right products and categories are featured.
  • Review test sends and proofs, checking links, copy, imagery, tracking and dynamic content before final sign-off.
  • Ensure email and push content is consistent with wider brand messaging, online content and visual merchandising.
  • Support A/B tests (e.g. subject lines, layouts, messaging or offers) and ensure variants are clearly briefed and implemented.
  • Monitor day-to-day and on-going campaign performance, analysing key engagement and conversion metrics to identify trends, risks and optimisation opportunities.
  • Produce weekly reporting updates and support deeper analysis for seasonal, promotional or event “wash-ups” — highlighting learnings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, calendars and process guides to support efficient and consistent ways of working.
  • Monitor competitor Email and App activity, sharing best-in-class examples and ideas with the wider team.
  • Build and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with the ESP agency, acting as a key day-to-day contact for BAU campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
