Location: Remote (UK)
Our head office is in Glasgow, so occasional in-person collaboration is welcomed for candidates based locally, although this role is fully remote.

Contract: Fixed-Term (9 months)

About the Role

We're looking for a CRM Executive to join our marketing team on a 9-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on CRM and email marketing experience who enjoys delivering high-quality customer communications across email and SMS.

Working closely with the CRM team, you'll play a key role in delivering our business-as-usual (BAU) campaign calendar, building engaging customer communications, and ensuring every campaign is executed accurately, tested thoroughly, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain email templates within Klaviyo.
  • Build, test, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns.
  • Deliver BAU CRM campaigns in line with the marketing and promotional calendar.
  • Conduct A/B testing across campaigns to optimise engagement and conversion, sharing learnings with the wider team.
  • Thoroughly QA campaigns, checking content, links, personalisation, dynamic content, and rendering across devices and email clients.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing, creative, and commercial teams to deliver campaigns to brief and on schedule.
  • Manage campaign workflow and priorities using Trello (experience not required).
  • Support the ongoing optimisation of CRM campaigns through testing and best practice.
  • Assist with ad hoc CRM tasks and projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
