Role Description

CRM - Engagement Performance

  • Own the EDM calendar, execution of email campaigns from brief to deployment.
  • Coordinate with copywriting, translation, and marketing teams, ensuring communication reflects brand tone of voice, and visual excellence.
  • Weekly EDM reporting & competitor tracking.
  • Implement test and learn roadmap to optimize metrics and drive performance results.
  • Support in the planning and delivery of client lifecycle journeys.
  • Act as the super user for Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud.
  • Prepare and present CRM updates & performance in weekly meetings with key stakeholders (including EDM).
  • Support to maintain CRM database hygiene and act as an advocate for database health.

CRM - Data Insights & Reporting

  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting on key client KPIs and CRM activity.
  • Translate raw data and analysis into clear, concise insights that support decision making.
  • Develop a strong understanding of complex client data, identifying meaningful patterns and trends.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and customer journeys, identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with IT and data teams to improve reporting frameworks and dashboards.

Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in CRM, data analysis, or marketing in an international luxury retail brand, office-based.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Understanding of luxury client experience.
  • Data driven mindset.
