CRM Executive

Function: Retention Marketing | Email & SMS | Klaviyo
Reports to: Head of Retention
Location: Remote (Office in Sheffield)
Compensation: £33,000-38,000 (depending on experience)

Your Mission

You'll support the delivery of high-performing CRM and retention activity across a portfolio of established e-commerce brands.

Working closely with the Head of Retention and wider delivery team, you'll help plan, build, launch and optimise email and SMS campaigns through Klaviyo. From setting up flows and audience segments to coordinating campaign calendars and analysing performance, you'll play a hands-on role in making sure every account delivers consistently strong retention activity.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of CRM, email or retention marketing experience who already understands Klaviyo and e-commerce, and now wants to develop their strategic and commercial skills across multiple DTC brands.

About Affluent

Affluent is one of the UK's leading e-commerce growth agencies. We help ambitious DTC brands scale through world-class creative strategy, performance marketing, content and retention systems.

Our team has managed over £150 million in Meta ad spend and works with some of the fastest-growing brands in the UK and internationally. We're building a business known not only for the results we generate, but for the quality of thinking and execution behind them.

Why This Role Matters

CRM is a critical part of how our clients turn first-time customers into loyal, repeat buyers.

You'll help ensure our clients are delivering the right message, to the right customer, at the right time. That means maintaining strong campaign calendars, building and improving Klaviyo flows, creating effective audience segments and using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple established e-commerce brands, giving you exposure to different customer journeys, retention challenges and growth strategies while developing your expertise in CRM.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Campaign Delivery

  • Support the planning and delivery of email and SMS activity across 6–8 e-commerce brands
  • Build, schedule and launch campaigns within Klaviyo
  • Support the creation and optimisation of automated email flows
  • Build and manage customer segments to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences
  • Maintain promotional and CRM calendars across assigned accounts
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
