Wild Nutrition does supplements differently

Unlike 95% of the supplement market, Food-Grown® ingredients are as close to their original food form as possible. Better recognised, better absorbed, better retained.

About the Role

As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across our subscription business. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will work closely with teams across Growth, Brand & Marketing, Customer Care, and Nutrition to deliver impactful CRM campaigns and customer journeys. Using data and customer insights, you will help create meaningful customer experiences that strengthen loyalty and support business growth.

At Wild Nutrition, we offer more than just a job. We provide a rewarding and meaningful career in a supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and wellbeing. Your work will help shape our future and contribute directly to our mission of empowering women's health through pioneering, science-backed supplements.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with the CRM Manager to lay out a subscription-first CRM strategy, using testing and optimisation to drive subscriber LTV.
  • Own the process of briefing, building & QAing of CRM campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer retention, identifying opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience and mitigate churn.
  • Support loyalty initiatives that drive repeat purchases and foster brand advocacy.
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle campaigns, using email automation flows based on customer segmentation, ensuring best practice across all templates.
  • Analyse website and customer data to improve the customer journey, conversion rates and repeat purchases.
  • Measure and evaluate CRM data to determine the effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • Support the eCommerce and wider marketing team with other marketing initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
