About WeDoCRM
As a specialist in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Marketing, WeDoCRM supports companies of all sizes to drive ROI from their customer database. Our agency is growing up quickly as more and more companies partner with us to deliver powerful CRM operations.
About the Role
Whilst we have historically focused on the execution side of CRM for the majority of our clients, as we grow and client needs expand, we have more clients and prospective clients who are looking to tap into our expertise on the strategy side of CRM.
This will be a hybrid role between executing within the tech platforms and supporting CRM strategy for our clients based on their business objectives and CRM best practice. The ideal fit for this role is someone who is comfortable working within CRMs and Email Service Providers (ESPs) to support with building out Campaigns and Automations, but feels equally confident making recommendations to our clients on CRM strategy and the optimal way to execute the strategy to improve KPIs.
What to Expect Day-to-Day
- Support our clients on day-to-day delivery of CRM marketing Campaigns and Automations within a variety of CRMs and ESPs (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Customer.io), which may include building multi-channel communications, data segmentation, building journeys, launching campaigns, etc.
- Manage Campaign content calendars on behalf of our clients based on their products/services, events, promotions, etc.
- Supporting on accounts and building relationships with clients.
- Curate ideas and plan for ‘always on’ A/B testing plans to improve client Campaigns.
- Assess our client’s current CRM strategy to make recommendations on how we can improve this in a way that will lead to a direct uplift in email metrics and ROI.
- Assess opportunities to improve tailored content and personalisation with communications.
- Assist on reporting for clients and interpreting results to inform CRM strategy.
- Proofing communications to ensure the highest standard, including checking all links, proofreading copy, and checking mobile/device rendering.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
