About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to join our team in London. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer relationship management strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on managing customer data effectively, analyzing customer behaviors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor personalized experiences that foster loyalty and retention. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience working in CRM or related roles within the financial services or a similar industry. A strong understanding of CRM platforms and data management tools is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders. A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience with customer retention strategies and familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As a CRM Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Overseeing the management and segmentation of customer data to facilitate targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communication.
- Monitoring and analyzing customer engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Working closely with marketing, sales, and client servicing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Supporting the automation of CRM processes and contributing to the continuous enhancement of CRM systems and tools.
- Maintaining compliance with data privacy laws and internal policies.
