🚨 CRM Executive | Beauty, Fashion & Luxury Brand Experience Required | London | Contract 🚨

I'm currently working with a premium luxury brand group looking to hire a CRM Executive to join their team on a contract until the end of the year.

We're looking for someone with experience across beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, luxury retail, or premium consumer brands who understands how to create engaging, customer-first CRM experiences. This isn't a purely promotional CRM role. The focus is on delivering high-quality, personalised customer journeys, VIP experiences, loyalty initiatives, and lifecycle campaigns that enhance brand engagement and customer retention.
