Overview

CRM plays a big part in how we stay connected with our customers, and there's lots happening across the team as we continue to develop how we use customer data, technology and automation.

We're looking for a CRM Executive to join the team and support the delivery of customer campaigns, with a particular focus on lifecycle and automation.

You'll be involved in taking campaigns from an initial idea and brief, through to build, testing and launch, using our CRM technology to make sure the right communications reach the right customers at the right time.

While lifecycle and automation will be your main focus, you'll also have the opportunity to work alongside the wider CRM team across areas such as Rewards and Trade. We're looking to work more collaboratively across these areas, giving you the chance to broaden your experience and understand more of the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Working within the CRM Marketing team you will help to develop, execute and report on direct marketing campaigns using our state-of-the-art marketing automation software
  • Complete and check campaign briefs to enable any design, artwork production, print / mailing and/or product requirements to be actioned by relevant departments. This will also include the distribution and collation of proofs and amends working within campaign deadlines
  • Co-ordinate and implement direct marketing activity in accordance with the agreed marketing plan
  • Responsible for ensuring that marketing schedules are updated with direct marketing activities and key milestones are being met
  • Manage communication of key plans on a regular basis with stakeholders such as Store Operations, Marketing, Commercial Planning, Web Merchandising
  • Assist with the analysis of campaigns including presenting your findings to an agreed format
  • Liaise with key contributors and stakeholders to ensure there is consistent communication of campaign activity
  • Escalate to Line Manager any potential issues or problems that may affect the delivery of campaigns

Qualifications

  • CRM platform exposure, ideally Braze
  • Experience within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Proven ability to work co-operatively and effectively with others
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with people at all levels
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage a large number of tasks at once
  • Experience in the use of PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word would be highly advantageous– including creating and amending presentations, using basic formulas and formatting Word documents
  • Experience in managing a changing workload is essential
  • A knowledge of CRM principles, marketing channels would be an advantage
  • Prior experience in marketing is not essential but would be an advantage
