The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, detailed CRM executive with experience working in a fast-paced environment to join the team and support the global delivery of CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push and WhatsApp. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving channel growth and customer engagement through insight-led, targeted campaigns that showcase brand identity and channel best practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with eCommerce, Graphics and Creative teams to brief and develop engaging campaign concepts that align with key trading moments, product launches, seasonal trends, localisation and stock availability.
  • Support the planning, building and scheduling of Email, SMS, Push and WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring all communications are accurate, relevant and timely.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of segmentation strategies to ensure campaigns are suitably targeted and personalised to maximise engagement and conversion.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing initiatives across creative, content, messaging and targeting to gather customer insights and improve performance.
  • Maintain and optimise customer journeys, including updating flow imagery, creative assets and content to align with seasonal campaigns. This includes welcome, post-purchase, reactivation and abandonment journeys.
  • Review campaign and flow performance, reporting key metrics to stakeholders and identifying trends, opportunities and actionable recommendations to drive performance.
  • Support the ongoing optimisation of CRM activity by applying campaign learnings and customer insights to future communications.
  • Track industry trends and share innovative creative examples that may influence future campaigns.
  • Support the wider CRM calendar, ensuring activity is aligned with key trading priorities, customer needs and commercial opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
