We’re Pentland Brands: a global family business behind some of the world’s most iconic active and lifestyle brands. We bring integrity, energy and ambition to our work, setting high standards and striving to deliver great outcomes without ego.

Shape the work behind some of the world’s most loved sport, outdoor and lifestyle brands.

At Pentland Brands, every role helps move our brands forward. Whether you’re supporting our people, improving our systems, growing our commercial performance, strengthening operations or shaping better ways of working, your impact reaches across a portfolio of iconic brands used by consumers around the world.

This role will help deliver the strategy for customer relationship management across all markets for a number of brands. The role is designed to work with the CRM manager to deliver best in class customer communication, through translation of brand and trade calendars into creative briefs. The other side of the role is then to work on the analysis and implementation of CRM send rules to raise the floor for your brands.

As the role develops and grows, you’ll become more entwined with our customer centric marketing goals, from data and audience selection/segmentation, through to development and deployment of personalisation programs.

You’ll be working with agency partners for delivery, so this really is a strategic role for someone wanting to take the next step in their CRM career journey, to become (even more) customer obsessed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with the CRM manager to brief in creative needs to our central content and creative team
  • Developing audience understanding and a mindset of customer segmentation, to align messaging to the right consumer
  • Developing your understanding of customer success metrics and strategies, working alongside the CRM manager
  • Help manage the flow of communication into agency partners through to ensure the deployment of activations are delivered in a timely manner
  • Be an internal champion for CRM, looking at different approaches we can look to introduce and ways of streamlining processes for delivery.
  • Work with digital trade teams to understand the ecom needs based on conversion rate and stock levels - looking at how CRM could be a part solution

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
