Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to take ownership of our Dynamics 365 (D365) platform, ensuring data quality, system effectiveness, and user engagement across the business.
In this role, you will manage and administer Dynamics 365, gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Power Platform solutions. You will configure and customise D365 and Power Platform applications, support reporting and data analysis, and work closely with stakeholders to optimise system usage and business processes.

You will champion CRM adoption, provide user training and guidance, manage user access and permissions, conduct regular data audits, and resolve data quality issues to ensure the integrity of business information. Keeping up to date with emerging Power Platform functionality and future releases, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and maximising the value of our CRM investment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong CRM administration, data management, stakeholder engagement, and Power Platform skills who enjoys improving systems and supporting users to work more effectively.
PRINCIPAL TASKS & ACTIVITIES
- Management and Administration of Dynamics 365.
- Requirements gathering, process mapping and business analysis to translate business requirements into Power Platform solutions.
- Customization and configuration of D365 and Power Platform.
- Data analysis in the context of D365 reporting.
- Stakeholder management and training.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of Power Platform functionality, future releases etc.
- Providing guidance, training and help to D365 users.
- Conducting audits and reviews of D365 data. Resolving data issues if discovered.
- Assisting with management of D365 users and permissions.
- Championing CRM use.
Experience
At least 3 years in a customization and configuration role in Dynamics 365, preferably in the context of solution delivery. Demonstrable evidence of requirements gathering and process analysis.

- Comfortable liaising with staff at all levels of the business.
Desirable:
- Other Power Platform - Power Automate, Canvas Apps etc
- Advanced Excel
- M365
Qualifications & Training
Essential:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
Desirable:
- Microsoft D365/Power Platform qualifications
