About The Role
Manage client relationships, track interactions, and ensure high customer satisfaction across the BPO portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications
- Track account health metrics in CRM
- Prepare weekly/monthly client reports
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with operations team on service delivery

Required Skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Analytical mindset with reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving with a client-first approach

Qualifications
- 1+ years in account management or CRM role
- Experience with BPO or service delivery
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Strong organisational skills
