What You Will Be Doing
- Owning Defined CRM Areas – You'll take full ownership of specific, well-defined areas of the B2B CRM programme (for example, reactivation or growing wallet share), managing them end-to-end.
- Managing Messaging Flows – You'll build and maintain messaging flows and logic charts within HubSpot, working with the CRM Manager to keep segmentation and automation running smoothly.
- Copywriting & Chart Analysis – You'll write clear, on-brand copy for newsletters, feature announcements, and CRM campaigns, and be comfortable reading and interpreting performance charts to guide your work.
- Calendar & Volume Management – You'll help manage the CRM sending calendar and coordinate the volume and timing of feature announcements and messages, keeping momentum even during high-volume periods.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – You'll work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to design and deliver ad hoc communications and automated workflows that support partner engagement and conversion.
- Learning HubSpot In Depth – You'll build genuine proficiency in HubSpot's Marketing Hub, learning best practices and CRM logic from the CRM Manager as you grow into greater ownership over time.
- Process & Best Practices – You'll follow CRM best practices, keeping campaigns aligned with data hygiene standards and compliance requirements.
- Reporting & Insights – You'll track the performance of your owned campaigns and prepare regular updates for the CRM Manager, sharing learnings and ideas for improvement.

What We Look For
- Exposure to CRM tools, ideally HubSpot; hands-on experience with Braze is a plus but not required.
- The right attitude above all: an entrepreneurial, solutions-driven mindset with a genuine interest in CRM and a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfort reading and interpreting data charts, and translating them into clear next steps.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to write in a clear, on-brand tone for different audiences.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Good communication skills, with the confidence to work closely with a small, fast-moving team.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
- This is an in-person role, based in our office.
Reporting & Interview Process
- You'll report directly to the Head of Product
- The interview process has two stages: the first with the Product Manager, including a practical CRM task; the second with the Head of Product and CRM Manager to assess culture fit and core skills.
