Weโre looking for a motivated CRM Executive to support customer engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing activity across digital channels. This entry-level remote role is ideal for someone with strong communication, organisation and analytical skills who wants to build a career in CRM and customer marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of CRM campaigns across relevant digital channels.
- Help manage customer communications, segmentation and campaign schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Maintain accurate customer and campaign data.
- Support testing, reporting and optimisation of CRM activity.
- Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Ensure communications are accurate, timely and aligned with campaign objectives.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
- Confident using digital platforms and learning new systems.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in customer behaviour and marketing.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Previous CRM, digital marketing or customer marketing experience is helpful but not essential.
