CRM Executive / Senior CRM Executive
Liverpool | Salary: DOE | Full-time | Permanent
We're working with a growing business in Liverpool looking to add a CRM Executive or Senior CRM Executive to its marketing team.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of CRM, understanding customer behaviour and using data to improve engagement and retention.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns across multiple channels, develop automated customer journeys and work closely with teams across the wider business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels
- Building, scheduling and optimising email campaigns
- Developing and improving automated customer journeys
- Creating targeted customer segments using behavioural and transactional data
- Supporting CRM activity around key trading periods and campaigns
- Working closely with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams
- Supporting customer retention and loyalty initiatives
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Testing different audiences, messaging and customer journeys
- Helping develop the wider CRM and retention strategy

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with 1-2+ years' experience within CRM, retention, email marketing or a similar role.
You'll ideally have experience across areas such as:
- CRM campaign management
- Email marketing
- Marketing automation
- Customer segmentation
- Automated journeys
- Personalisation
- Campaign analysis and reporting
- A/B testing and optimisation

Experience using Klaviyo or another CRM/ESP platform would be beneficial.
You'll need to be organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple campaigns while working with different teams across the business.
