CRM Executive
Location
Leatherhead, Surrey
Job Type / Working Hours
Full Time or Part Time available.
Salary / Hourly Rate
Dependent on experience.
Job Overview
- Accurately inputting, updating and maintaining CRM records
- Validation of accurate customer information via telephone contact
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare reports for internal and external parties
- Assist with lead generation activities
- Assist the service department with workshop bookings
- Assist the marketing department with ad hoc duties

Skills & Experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Administration experience
- Automotive experience or enthusiasm for cars
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- GDPR awareness
- Good IT skills – use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
