2 Month Temporary Role to Start 18th August - Hybrid Role
Are you an experienced CRM Executive available immediately and ready to hit the ground running?
We're looking for a hands-on CRM Executive to join a busy marketing team on a two-month temporary contract, providing extra support during a busy Q3 and Q4 period.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering high-volume CRM campaigns, working across multiple stakeholders and using data to optimise customer communications.
The Role:
- Planning, building, and deploying email marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the delivery of high-volume CRM activity across email and customer communications.
- Managing newsletter production from brief through to deployment.
- Working with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time.
- Setting up and analysing A/B tests to optimise campaign performance.
- Monitoring campaign results and making recommendations based on performance data.
- Segmenting audiences and ensuring campaigns reach the right customers.
- Maintaining data accuracy and following CRM best practice throughout campaign delivery.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a CRM Executive or Email Marketing Executive role.
- Hands-on experience delivering mass email campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience using a CRM or email marketing platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Dotdigital or similar.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance.
