Boasting a dedicated team of 60+ staff and growing, attending 10+ major UK events annually, a store in Manchester’s bustling Northern Quarter, and official footwear supplier to some of the UK’s finest sports teams; Harlequins, Leicester Tigers, Sale Sharks to name a few. ROLE OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the CRM Lead, the CRM Executive will help drive email, loyalty, lead gen sign-ups, SMS & direct mail to new heights across LANX's customer base. You'll own the day-to-day build and some optimisation of campaigns, signup forms, flows and segments in Klaviyo, turning customer data into personalised journeys that drive new customer purchases, retention and revenue. You'll need a good eye in understanding how creative content can enhance CRM performance. A data-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Klaviyo Native

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
