CRM Executive
Location: Charterhouse Street, London
Contract: 6-12 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) 8:30/9AM-5PM

What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of multi-channel CRM campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivering engaging customer experiences that support business objectives.
- Design and enhance customer lifecycle journeys, working closely with marketing, content, translation and technology teams to deliver relevant and consistent communications across key touchpoints.
- Champion the effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, supporting campaign execution, platform improvements, testing activities and user adoption.
- Drive data quality and audience management initiatives, maintaining CRM database integrity, segmentation effectiveness and compliance with best-practice data governance standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, using testing, experimentation, competitor insights and industry trends to optimise customer engagement and results.
- Transform data into meaningful business insights, delivering reporting, analysis and actionable recommendations that inform decision-making and drive commercial performance.
- Collaborate across commercial, marketing and operational teams, building strong stakeholder relationships, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and customer focus.

What You Bring
- 3-5 years' experience in CRM, client engagement, clienteling, customer insights, analytics, or a similar role.
- Experience within a luxury or premium retail brand, with a strong understanding of high-value customer expectations.
- Head-office or corporate experience preferred, ideally supporting CRM, marketing, or customer programmes.
- Proven experience using customer data and databases to improve engagement, retention, and customer experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and commercially minded approach.
