Are you a CRM marketer who loves creating personalised customer journeys, using data to drive decisions, and seeing the impact of your campaigns?

This organisation is embarking on a major CRM and customer engagement transformation, creating a brand-new CRM function to support the next stage of their growth.

The Role:

You'll play a key role in delivering CRM and lifecycle marketing activity across the customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through to engagement, retention, and reactivation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns.
  • Developing personalised customer journeys and automated communications.
  • Creating audience segments and targeting strategies.
  • Working closely with data teams to improve customer insight and campaign performance.
  • Using analytics, testing, and optimisation to improve engagement and retention.
  • Supporting the implementation and evolution of CRM and marketing automation platforms.

The Person:

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement.
  • Strong email marketing and marketing automation experience.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Adobe, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
