CRM Growth Marketing Lead – AI, Personalisation & Lifecycle
Up to £80,000 + up to 10% Bonus
Location: London | Hybrid (3 days in the office)
We're working with an ambitious, high-growth direct-to-consumer brand that is investing in the next phase of its customer growth strategy. This newly created senior position offers the opportunity to build and shape a critical function, sitting alongside Acquisition and eCommerce leadership to influence how customers discover, engage with and return to the brand. If you're passionate about combining AI, experimentation and data to drive measurable commercial growth, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact while developing towards a future Head of Growth position.
The CRM Growth Marketing Lead will own the strategic growth layer across the customer lifecycle, using audience segmentation, AI-powered personalisation and continuous experimentation to improve conversion, retention and customer lifetime value. Working closely with the CRM Manager, you'll define the strategy while they oversee day-to-day campaign execution.
Role Highlights:
- Own the customer lifecycle strategy, developing sophisticated audience segmentation and personalisation across multiple touchpoints.
- Lead conversion rate optimisation initiatives across the website and customer journey using data-led experimentation.
- Build and prioritise an experimentation roadmap, testing new ideas quickly and scaling successful initiatives.
- Develop AI-powered tools, automations and internal solutions that improve efficiency and accelerate learning.
- Partner with Acquisition, eCommerce and CRM teams to optimise the full customer journey from first visit through to repeat purchase.

You Will Need:
- Proven success driving growth within a DTC or eCommerce environment through retention, conversion or customer lifetime value improvements.
- Strong experience with audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing and personalisation platforms such as Braze, Bloomreach, Klaviyo or similar.
- Hands-on experience working within Shopify or comparable eCommerce technology stacks.
- An AI-first mindset with experience building automations, workflows or internal tools using modern AI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience designing experiments, interpreting data and making commercially driven decisions.
