Are you an experienced CRM consultant who helps businesses implement platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Zoho?
BrainCenta is looking to work with a small group of freelance CRM specialists who can introduce and implement our platform for their clients.
BrainCenta is an AI-powered, email-first CRM that connects business email, customers, companies, deals, tasks, meetings, knowledge, Website Chat and invoicing in one intelligent workspace.
Unlike traditional CRM platforms, BrainCenta begins with the inbox. A customer enquiry can become a contact, deal, follow-up, meeting and invoice without information being copied between separate systems.
The opportunity
You will learn the BrainCenta platform and identify clients whose current workflow would benefit from a simpler, connected CRM.

You may help clients with:
- Understanding and improving their existing workflow
- Connecting Gmail, Microsoft or IMAP mailboxes
- Setting up customers, companies and deal pipelines
- Organising tasks, meetings and follow-ups
- Building their business Knowledge Base
- Configuring AI email assistance and Website Chat
- Setting up quotes, estimates and invoices
- Training users and supporting adoption
Who we are looking for
- Freelance CRM consultants and implementation specialists
- Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho or similar platforms
- A strong understanding of CRM workflows and customer journeys
- Confidence working directly with business owners and teams
- Experience with onboarding, configuration, training or data migration
- Existing clients or a professional network would be beneficial

This is a remote, freelance partnership opportunity. Commercial arrangements will be discussed individually with suitable applicants.
