YOUR IMPACT
The CRM team is a key part of the Marketing Department, responsible for delivering personalised client experiences across the client journey to drive conversion, frequency, and client value. Through CRM communications, Dior Beauty Privé and sharing data insights with the wider business, the CRM team plays a pivotal role in driving client engagement, loyalty, and business performance.
The CRM Intern will support the team on both client communications and client experience. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across CRM email campaign execution, client services, reporting, and operational projects within a fast-paced luxury environment. Working closely with the CRM Communications Executive and CRM Coordinator, with guidance from the Senior CRM Manager, you will contribute to delivering best-in-class client experiences and supporting key projects that drive the success of the CRM strategy.
This internship will suit someone who is highly organised, has great attention to detail, a strong interest in operational tasks, and good knowledge of a luxury client experience. Good communication and collaboration skills will also be vital as there will be interaction with other departments.

KEY TASKS
Communications
- Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns, including asset management and building and proofing emails
- Monitor and collate competitor CRM activity and market trends to support campaign planning
- Assist with database maintenance to support the integrity of CRM data
- Provide ad hoc support on CRM projects and initiatives as required by the business
Loyalty Programme
- Assist with Customer Service queries, ensuring requests are handled accurately and efficiently
- Support on logistics, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure orders are delivered
- Contribute monthly Customer service reporting
Reporting
- Competitor and market trend analysis (monthly and ad hoc)
- Compile campaign reports (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc), ensuring data accuracy and professional presentation
- Assist with Client services reports
- Assist with KPI reporting on Loyalty Programme

Profile
Who You Are
Key Competencies / Technical skills
- Highly competent in MS Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Adept at learning and using new technical tools and platforms
- Client-centric, customer services / retail experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Campaign desirable but not mandatory
- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills are desirable
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Profile
- Demonstrate knowledge of luxury industry and interest in CRM
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive problem solver with a positive and collaborative approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Adaptable, curious, and resilient
- Previous experience in CRM desirable, but not mandatory
- English mother tongue
