Your mission
As Email & CRM Manager, you'll own the relationship MARCHON has with its customers after the first click. You'll build and run lifecycle marketing across the Training app and Supplements and Apparel store. Using email, push and the wider CRM stack, driving conversion, retention, cross-sell and lifetime value across the MARCHON ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle performance across both verticals: activation, retention, upsell, cross-sell and LTV, with clear reporting on lifecycle revenue, cohort behaviour and retention curves.
- Build, test and evolve the lifecycle flows across the app and e-commerce, running a steady drumbeat of experiments that measure incremental impact.
- Plan and execute the campaign calendar: sales, product launches, drops, seasonal moments and educational sends across email and push.
- Build segmentation and personalised journeys off real behavioural and purchase data across both platforms, not static schedules, and own deliverability, list hygiene and sender reputation.
- Work closely with the Head of Growth, e-commerce, product and design to align lifecycle with the wider growth plan and feed retention and LTV signals back into acquisition.
- Own lifecycle content end-to-end, from copy to design direction, making sure every send positively adds to the MARCHON brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why MARCHON?
MARCHON is the UK’s premium performance-lifestyle ecosystem, one brand that helps driven people train, fuel and dress for a life without limits. World-class coaching sits at the centre, backed by certified performance nutrition and movement-ready apparel, all amplified by our beacon gyms.
Founded by ex-England rugby player and CEO Ollie Marchon, the company has grown from a single HQ club to a true omni-channel offering: the Train app, a fast-scaling supplement line, and physical hubs that bring the experience to life.
We’re still small enough that every new teammate leaves fingerprints on the product, yet the momentum is real. Our 2026 plans are ambitious to say the least, as we make a step-change in evolving our ecosystem between training, supplements and apparel.
If you care about high standards, straight talk and making a visible impact, you’ll feel at home here. Join us while there’s still room to shape the journey.
