CRM Lead - Luxe Brand - Brighton and Hove Head Office
At NEON we have an exciting opportunity with a luxe brand to join their Brighton and Hove office and lead their CRM team.
About the Role
Working with the Senior Leadership Team you will be leading a fast-paced department as part of a cross-channel digital marketing & ecommerce division, driving all CRM & insights globally activity.
Key Requirements
- You will come from a data-led background, ideally working within the retail sector and bring an in-depth knowledge of customer demographics that can be translated into strategic insights for the brand.
- We are seeking an expert leader that has a highly analytic mind and solid experience, ideally having worked across all areas of CRM within a digital team and retail arena.
- You will be operating at Head of Level+ and be confident in developing and owning strategic plans across multiple projects and ideally have Omni-Channel retail experience.
