CRM Lifecycle Executive at Moneybox
About Moneybox
At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. We're guided by our belief that wealth isn't about the money, it's about the means to more — more freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind. Moneybox is an award-winning wealth management platform, helping over one and a half million people build wealth throughout their lives, whether they’re saving and investing, buying their first home, or planning for retirement.
Job Brief
Moneybox is growing rapidly, and our CRM team is no exception. We have more customers, more accounts, more content, and more features than ever before. A key driver of that growth has been our ongoing communication and engagement with existing customers — managing these communications (both automated and manual) has become understandably more complex in line with an increasing number of products and features.
We’re seeking an experienced CRM Lifecycle Executive to coordinate our ever-growing customer marketing campaigns. This role will play a key role in building a more engaging and personalised experience for our community while driving commercial value for the business.
The CRM Lifecycle Executive will have a strong focus on:
- The end-to-end management of a customer’s journey using owned touchpoints to deliver the best possible experience for the customer and for the business.
- Oversight of owned channels to drive engagement, improve retention, and maximise cross-sell.
- Collaboration with mission-based teams (Wealth, Savings & Homebuying) to optimise and personalise the user journey across the platform and communications.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Assist in executing and iterating end-to-end CRM lifecycle programmes, including:
- Email campaigns
- In-app messages
- Push notifications
- On-platform messaging
- Collaborate with the CRM Lifecycle Manager to execute the lifecycle roadmap across:
- Wealth, Savings, and Homebuying
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimise all activities for effectiveness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
