Who we are:
Releaf Dispensary Ltd is a leading medical cannabis clinic committed to providing high-quality, safe, and effective cannabis-based treatments. Headquartered in the UK, we aim to enhance the quality of life for our patients through innovative solutions and outstanding patient service.
We’re a fast-growing team of passionate professionals on a mission to put patients back in control of their health journey. We’ve seen first-hand how alternative treatments can change lives, and we’re proud to be at the forefront of that change.
Who we're looking for:
We're looking for a data-driven CRM & Lifecycle Lead to own Releaf's patient communications strategy end to end. This is a remote-first role with occasional in-person meetings.
Our patient comms need a full overhaul; with the support of our Patient Education & Content Lead, you'll rewrite the content and copy across all our email and SMS, lead the technical migration to consolidate our fragmented platform setup, and own the patient lifecycle from first touch through to retention.
The ideal candidate thinks scientifically about CRM - someone who's as strong with data as they are with copy. You test what you send, measure it, and judge it on open rates, click-through, conversion and lifetime value.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
