CRM & Loyalty Executive
Help us build our CRM — right from the ground up.
Glasgow Airport (office based 4 days)
This is a big role, at a proper Scottish brand
Loganair has been in the skies for over 60 years. Today they fly over 40 aircraft to destinations across the UK and Europe, and are on a mission to become the airline of choice for people who are done with endless add-on fees, confusing fares and being treated like just another passenger.
They are small enough to know their customers as individuals, big enough to deliver like a major international carrier, and proud to be Scotland's own. If you want to lead marketing somewhere that still has that personal touch, this is it.
The opportunity
Their CRM has only been live since February this year, so it's very much still in its infancy, which means there's genuine opportunity to shape segmentation, journeys and loyalty communications from an early stage, rather than working within someone else's legacy setup. You'll also have support from a new CRM partner helping us build out enhanced segmentation for the initial stages.
You'll manage the day-to-day delivery of CRM and email marketing activity: campaign builds, automated journeys, loyalty communications, segmentation and database engagement. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be part of a small, close-knit marketing team, which includes Social Media & Content Lead.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building, scheduling and sending CRM and email marketing campaigns, with accurate targeting, personalisation and on-brand content.
- Creating audience segments and loyalty database selections using customer data and behavioural triggers.
- Owning QA on every send: links, data, personalisation and compliance, before anything goes out.
- Reporting on performance: opens, clicks, conversion, database growth and revenue contribution, with clear, actionable insight.
- Running test-and-learn plans (subject lines, content, timing, audiences) and using the results to keep improving.
- Maintaining data quality and consent management in line with GDPR and best practice.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on experience with a CRM, email marketing platform or ESP. HubSpot experience is preferred.
- Genuine comfort with customer data: segmentation, reporting, database hygiene and turning insight into action.
- A background in direct-to-consumer marketing is preferred.
- Real enthusiasm for building something new. Our CRM is brand new, and we need someone who wants to make it their own rather than just maintain it.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and genuine ownership of your work.
