About Represent
Founded in 2011 by brothers George and Mike Heaton, Represent is a British luxury fashion label. Every garment is the result of meticulous design and expert craftsmanship, embodying relentless effort, refinement, and constant progression. Our mission is simple: to build the best brand in the world.
With exciting global launches, events, and activations happening weekly across Marketing, Wholesale, and Retail, the CRM & Loyalty Executive plays a vital role in strengthening our customer relationships and driving engagement through targeted communication strategies.
The Role
We are seeking a CRM & Loyalty Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping Represent’s customer communication and loyalty strategy. You will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, ensuring our messaging aligns with the brand's premium yet concise tone of voice. The role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and a deep understanding of customer segmentation to maximise engagement and retention through owned channels and a market-leading loyalty programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Build, test, and deploy email, SMS, and push notification campaigns to engage, retain, and grow our customer base.
- Segmentation & Personalisation: Utilise customer data to develop targeted and dynamic campaigns tailored to different segments of our audience.
- Automation & Flows: Manage and optimise automated customer journeys, including welcome series, post-purchase communications, abandoned cart flows, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve click-through rates, AOV and overall conversion.
- Prestige Loyalty Programme: Support the ongoing development and optimisation of Represent’s Prestige loyalty programme, ensuring members receive compelling and rewarding communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
- Deliverability & Database Management: Maintain data hygiene, monitor deliverability, and ensure we are effectively targeting our customer base while protecting our sender reputation.
- Innovation & Testing: Implement A/B tests and continuously explore new ways to enhance customer engagement through innovative CRM strategies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
