We’re working with an established, Founder led group with a portfolio of brands in Bristol. The business is looking for a CRM & Loyalty Manager to take ownership of its consumer CRM channel, initially focusing on a core brand before rolling out activity across the wider portfolio. This is an opportunity to shape how the business engages its customers, with plenty of scope to improve existing activity and introduce new ideas.

The Role

You’ll own CRM from strategy and planning through to hands-on delivery, using customer data to create relevant communications that drive repeat purchases, retention and customer lifetime value. Working within Klaviyo, you’ll refine segmentation, improve the existing setup and build automated journeys spanning welcome, browse and basket abandonment, post-purchase and reactivation. Alongside this, you’ll manage the commercial email calendar, write copy, run tests and work closely with an in-house designer to deliver campaigns that feel right for the brand. You’ll also help develop the loyalty proposition, explore SMS and report on performance, connecting your activity to revenue and margin. Working alongside eCommerce, Brand & Content and Outreach colleagues, you’ll have ownership of the channel and the opportunity to make a visible commercial impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
