Salary: Up to £60,000 (pro rata if fractional)
Location: Remote-first, with occasional UK travel required
Reports to: Senior Leadership, with a direct line into the leadership team

About Our Client
Our client is an award-winning, founder-led hospitality group operating at the premium end of the casual dining market. Growth has been deliberate rather than rapid: a small, carefully chosen collection of sites across the UK, with a clear plan to significantly grow the estate over the coming years.
The brand has a strong public profile, with recognised media presence, a highly engaged social media following, and real momentum behind further UK and international growth.

The Opportunity
Our client has never had a dedicated CRM or loyalty specialist. The founders and senior team have built a strong content, social, and brand presence from scratch, but the customer data and loyalty side of the business, the part that turns one-time visitors into regulars, has been left to run on instinct and a handful of basic tools. That's exactly why this role exists.
You'll be the first person to properly own this space: building a genuine, community-led loyalty approach rather than discount-driven offers, getting real value out of the guest data already sitting across existing systems, and helping the team make sharper, more targeted decisions about who to talk to and when.
This is a founder-led business, so you'll need the emotional intelligence to work closely with people who are excellent at what they do but new to CRM and data-led marketing. You won't be handed a strategy to execute. You'll be helping to build one, translating ideas from a highly creative leadership team into something operational, measurable, and built to last.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and shape a community-first loyalty approach, built around engagement rather than discounting
  • Get hands-on with the existing systems to understand what customer data is already available and where the gaps are
  • Advise on whether current tools are fit for purpose, and make the case for change where they're not
  • Build smarter, segmented campaigns in place of generic, one-size-fits-all communications
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to align CRM activity with the broader content and brand calendar
  • Bring an outside perspective on what good looks like elsewhere in hospitality and retail, and translate that into ideas that fit this brand
  • Contribute a CRM and digital lens to the group's wider digital presence and strategy
  • As the business grows, help shape how CRM and loyalty thinking translates to new markets

What We're Looking For

  • Proven CRM and loyalty experience within hospitality or a closely comparable consumer business
  • Comfortable being hands-on: this is a role for someone who wants to build and implement, not just advise from a distance
  • A self-starter who can work independently in a remote-first set-up, without needing day-to-day hand-holding
  • Confident working directly with founders: able to bring structure and evidence to the table, and hold your ground diplomatically when needed
  • Genuinely curious about the systems and platforms shaping CRM and loyalty in hospitality right now
  • Open to how this role is structured: full-time, part-time, or a fixed-term project are all open for discussion depending on the right person

What's In It For You

  • A competitive salary, with a clear path toward a broader remit as the business and role grow
  • A performance-based bonus scheme tied to goals you help set yourself
  • Genuine flexibility: remote-first, with limited travel required
  • Standard equipment and travel expenses covered
  • Pension contribution
  • A wellbeing benefit extending to your family
  • Staff discount across the group
  • A genuine seat at the table in a business that's still small enough for one person to shape a brand new function from the ground up
