Location: Remote, with regular travel across England & Wales

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Hours: Monday to Friday with occasional evening/weekend work as required

Flexibility: Regular travel will be required. All business travel and overnight stays are fully expensed.

Salary: £45,000 per annum

We're one of the UK's leading independent hotel groups, with over 40 hotels across England and Wales and we have ambitious growth plans. We're looking for an experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead our digital customer experience and help drive direct bookings, guest loyalty and commercial performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our websites, CRM strategy and digital roadmap, while playing a key role in launching and developing an exciting new loyalty app. Working closely with Marketing, Revenue, Operations, IT and agency partners, you'll create seamless customer journeys that keep guests coming back.

What You'll Do

  • Own and develop our WordPress websites and digital roadmap.
  • Lead our CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Launch and optimise our new loyalty programme.
  • Build automated customer journeys and email campaigns.
  • Manage paid media across Google and Meta alongside agency partners.
  • Drive SEO, website optimisation and performance reporting using GA4.
  • Manage our gift voucher platform and ecommerce campaigns.
  • Use customer insight and analytics to improve digital performance and guest loyalty.
  • Create digital content and support wider marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital projects and external suppliers.

About You

You'll have experience in digital marketing within hospitality, leisure or travel, with strong knowledge of CRM, websites and digital performance.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • Experience managing WordPress websites.
  • CRM and lifecycle marketing expertise.
  • Paid media experience across Google and Meta.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
