Tempcover
Tempcover is at the forefront of the fast-growing world of short-term insurance. Our mission is to make car insurance flexible, quick, and easy for drivers. We’ve sold millions of policies that have helped drivers get where they need to go, but we’re not finished there. We’re growing our team to help us continue in that mission. If you are extraordinary at what you do and want to be a part of a rapidly growing business at the cutting edge of the InsureTech industry, we would love to hear from you!
What's the role?
This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Manager to join us at Tempcover on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave within the team. You'll shape and implement our CRM strategy, sending communications that are clear, build confidence and increase awareness of our products - keeping customers engaged and bringing them back to us whenever they next need cover.
Temporary motor insurance is naturally a repeat-purchase product, so a big part of the role is driving our Returning Customers programme, alongside communications for our newer product lines (including Breakdown Cover).
The role is ideal for candidates that have experience with Braze and have a proven track record of creating and articulating CRM strategies that drive positive performance, delivering successful campaigns across numerous channels including Email, SMS and Push Notifications.
We're looking for an experienced CRM Manager who's passionate about their craft and wants to build on an already successful foundation, taking us into new and exciting areas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
