CRM Manager Warwickshire | Hybrid

Are you a commercially-minded CRM professional who thrives on using customer data, automation and lifecycle marketing to drive retention and revenue?

We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing business in the health and wellness sector that is investing heavily in its digital capability. This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Manager to take ownership of the entire CRM function, joining a wider digital team in a standalone specialist role where you'll have genuine influence over strategy, customer engagement and business growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting into a Head of Digital, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the CRM and customer retention strategy across multiple brands. This is a highly visible role where you'll own the customer lifecycle programme, drive email marketing performance, and use customer insight to improve engagement, repeat purchasing and long-term customer value.

You'll have the freedom to bring new ideas, challenge existing processes and build a best-in-class CRM function within a business experiencing significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy & Email Marketing
    • Take full ownership of CRM and email marketing activity across multiple brands.
    • Develop and manage the CRM roadmap, ensuring all communications support wider commercial objectives.
    • Plan, build and execute engaging email campaigns and automated customer journeys.
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive campaign calendar, balancing promotional activity with retention and engagement initiatives.
    • Work closely with creative, marketing and brand teams to deliver compelling customer communications that reflect each brand's identity and positioning.
    • Lead the ongoing development and optimisation, including supporting platform migration and process improvements where required.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyse customer behaviour and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
    • Build reporting dashboards and performance insights to support data-led decision making.
    • Drive a continuous testing programme across subject lines, messaging, creative, audience targeting and automation workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
