Freelance CRM Manager
Major Players are partnering with a much-loved, fast-growing brand to find a freelance CRM Manager who can join their team for peak season. You'll own email and SMS through BFCM and the Christmas trading period. It's a high-impact contract for a hands-on CRM specialist who enjoys pace, data and creative, insight-led comms.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign execution: manage and deliver the CRM calendar across email and SMS
- Automation and journeys: build and optimise lifecycle flows, including welcome, nurture and reactivation
- Personalisation and targeting: use data, segmentation and models to deliver targeted, personalised campaigns
- Testing and optimisation: run A/B tests, report on performance and turn insight into action

Skills & Experience
- CRM specialist with e-commerce or DTC experience
- Hands-on experience with Ometria (preferred), or a similar platform such as Klaviyo, Braze or Bloomreach
- Confident working cross-functionally with design, merchandising, e-commerce and digital teams
- Comfortable hitting the ground running in a busy peak trading period
Project Scope & Duration
- ASAP start (ideally the 12th October, latest 19th October) until Christmas
Day Rate
- £300pd
Location & Workplace Policy
- 3 days per week office based, West London
