GoHenry

GoHenry is the money app giving kids a head start in life as they learn to earn, save, spend and invest – all with parental oversight. Having pioneered a new category in financial education when it launched in 2012, over 2.3 million kids have now learnt money skills with GoHenry.

With the ultimate goal to make every kid smart with money, GoHenry believes the best way to learn is to get hands-on experience with money.

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our mission.

What you will do at GoHenry:

  • As a key member of the Product team, partner with our development squads, as well as Marketing, Customer Support and Legal to own campaigns from inception to execution and iteration.
  • Manage GoHenry's CRM channels – email, push and SMS – defining the right message, audience, and timing across each.
  • Define and build campaigns with clear hypotheses, KPIs, and segmentation strategies based on user behaviour and data signals.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Analytics to build robust data flows that provide our measurement infrastructure.
  • Implement and scale testing frameworks (e.g., A/B, MAB) to improve performance.
  • Monitor performance at the campaign and cohort level; translate insights into action and iteration.
  • Develop a deep understanding of GoHenry products, identifying barriers to account activation, drivers of cancellation and important engagement levers.
  • Continuously review and assess CRM processes and workflows, providing recommendations to improve them.
  • Maintain a roadmap of key projects and priorities, including forecasts and goal targets.
  • Coach and develop our CRM Executive, providing clear direction and helping them grow their craft.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
