CRM Manager (Sportsbook)

Fully Remote (UK) | Up to £50,000

Are you passionate about customer engagement, CRM strategy, and data-driven marketing? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced digital business where you'll take ownership of Sportsbook CRM campaigns, helping to drive customer retention, engagement, and revenue through personalised communications and innovative customer journeys.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering impactful CRM activity across the Sportsbook customer base, using insights and segmentation to drive engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing customer segmentation strategies based on behavioural and transactional data
  • Planning, building, and executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key engagement and conversion metrics
  • Creating and optimising targeted offers to increase retention and customer value
  • Managing promotional campaigns from setup through to quality assurance and delivery
  • Designing and supporting A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Developing automated customer journeys and personalised communication flows
  • Partnering with acquisition, compliance, and wider business teams to ensure successful campaign delivery

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience within CRM, retention marketing, or customer lifecycle marketing
  • Experience delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns across digital channels
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation techniques
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights
  • Experience using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for sports and understanding of major sporting events and customer engagement trends
  • Experience within gaming, betting, entertainment, or a similar consumer-focused industry would be beneficial
