Are you ready to turn your passion for dogs into data-driven customer loyalty? We're looking for an analytical, hands-on CRM specialist who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You'll be owning comms end-to-end: building campaigns and automations, finding ways to improve performance, and refining the processes that keep the channel running well, whilst—most importantly—helping dog parents give their four-legged friends the best life possible.
About the Brand
At Different Dog, we're on a mission to change dogs' lives with real food. We are a team of passionate dog lovers who believe that nutrition matters, and our recipes are built on proven science, with support from our in-house vet and nutritionist. Having seen behind the curtain of the processed pet food industry over 10 years ago, we decided to do everything differently. We are a subscription-based B Corp™ delivering hand-cooked, healthy food to over 20,000 UK dogs; our nutritional rating and customer reviews speak for themselves.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
