CRM Manager - Product Manager

London | Outside IR35

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a major customer engagement transformation programme. The organisation has recently partnered with a leading CRM and marketing automation platform and is looking for a Product Manager to help drive a complex migration, working across marketing, technology, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

The Company

They are a customer-focused organisation investing heavily in their marketing technology ecosystem. As part of a wider transformation programme, they are modernising their customer communications capabilities across email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and other engagement channels. With a collaborative and highly engaged team culture, they are looking for a Product Manager who can quickly add value and support a lean function during a critical phase of delivery.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Act as the key link between strategic stakeholders, marketing teams, technology teams, and external vendors throughout the migration programme.
  • Support the migration from a legacy CRM platform to Klaviyo, ensuring requirements, dependencies, and risks are clearly understood and managed.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable product deliverables, user stories, and tickets where required.
  • Work closely with leadership to surface key decisions, recommendations, and vendor insights that support programme success.
  • Ensure customer journeys and campaign requirements are effectively captured and migrated while maintaining their intended business outcomes.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across a complex technology landscape, helping teams stay aligned on priorities and delivery milestones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
