CRM Manager - Highly Sought After Boutique Law Firm - InterAction
An outstanding boutique law firm is seeking a CRM Manager with strong InterAction experience to support business development, client relationship management, and data-driven decision-making across the firm.
This is a brand-new role for the firm and will be your chance to implement & build out the CRM function. You will also be entrusted with helping build out the CRM team - something which senior stakeholders are firmly in favour of doing.
You will play a key role in managing and optimizing the firm’s CRM platform, ensuring high-quality data, supporting attorneys and business development teams, and enhancing client engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Support business development and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and BD teams to improve CRM adoption
- Customize workflows, automation, and integrations
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with external vendors when needed

Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong hands-on InterAction experience (configuration, reporting, automation)
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Excellent data management and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
The firm are open to candidates from a legal or professional services background.
They are offering a strong remuneration package & will be running a short interview process.
