CRM Manager
Location: London
Type: Hybrid
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 plus full package, PHC, Pension and EMI options.
About the Opportunity
Build a CRM function from the ground up for one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger food businesses.
We're partnering with an ambitious, founder-led consumer goods business that is entering an exciting new phase of growth.
Over the next 12 months, the business will launch multiple new brands alongside a brand-new ecommerce marketplace, creating a unique opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to build and shape customer retention across an expanding portfolio.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit years of legacy processes.
It's an opportunity to create them.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of CRM strategy across multiple consumer brands, helping to build a best-in-class customer journey that increases retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
Working closely with Brand, Ecommerce and Commercial teams, you'll play a pivotal role in how customers engage with an exciting portfolio of products as the business continues to scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
We're looking for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with data, automation and customer experience.
You'll be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities and bringing new ideas to the table in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience within food or drink isn't essential. Strong CRM capability, curiosity and a desire to build are far more important.
Why This Role?
There aren't many opportunities like this.
Rather than joining an established CRM function, you'll have the chance to build one across multiple brands during a period of significant growth and investment.
You'll have genuine ownership, influence and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on customer retention and business performance from day one.
If you're looking for a role where you can build something meaningful, not simply maintain what's already there, we'd love to hear from you.
