Job Title: CRM Manager @ Iconic Luxury Brand
Location: Central London (3/4 days in the office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
An ambitious, thriving brand in the luxury sector is looking for a CRM Manager to take hands-on ownership of email marketing, playing a key part in deepening relationships with their loyal customer base.
This is a considered, high-touch luxury business with a strong presence across physical and digital retail. As they invest further in CRM, this role sits at the centre of email delivery, working closely with an experienced CRM strategist who shapes the segmentation and lifecycle approach, while you bring it to life through beautifully executed, on-brand campaigns.
It's a role that combines analytical thinking with a genuine eye for luxury aesthetics, designing, building and optimising email across BAU and automated lifecycle sends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and send email campaigns end-to-end, from concept and copy through to build and QA
- Work closely with a CRM strategist to bring segmentation and lifecycle plans to life across email
- Own the email calendar, balancing BAU sends with automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, VIP and seasonal)
- Apply strong segmentation logic to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time
- Bring a luxury-appropriate tone of voice and aesthetic to every send
- Manage email build within the brand's ESP, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency and deliverability
- Analyse campaign performance and use insight to continually refine content and targeting
- Partner with the wider marketing, e-commerce and creative teams to keep email aligned with broader brand campaigns

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
