Global Client & CRM Manager (3 month FTC)

London based role, 4 days onsite 1 day remote
ASAP start
Ref: PM-51918

Our client is a luxury British fashion brand with a packed event calendar, and a clienteling programme that operates at the highest standard. This is a business where client relationships are treated as a genuine competitive advantage. The work is precise, personal, and global in scope.

They are looking for a Global Client & CRM Manager to join on a three month interim basis, starting immediately. This is an operational role at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating global client priorities into live initiatives, owning the CRM platforms end to end, and delivering a packed calendar of VIC activations, trunk shows, private appointments, and bespoke client experiences. You will report into the Director of Clienteling and work closely with regional teams and internal stakeholders across markets. The right person has genuine Salesforce fluency across both Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, a real understanding of what luxury clienteling looks like in practice, and the ability to step in and add value from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
